Support Program for Indigenous Suppliers – April 2025

The Government of Quebec, in partnership with Ethos Responsible Business Strategy, is offering a Support Program for Indigenous Suppliers aimed at strengthening the capabilities of Indigenous businesses operating in the northern region.
The program consists of three modules delivered over three consecutive weeks via Microsoft Teams, each session running from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM:
Module 1 – April 16 | Understanding Mineral Development and the Mining Ecosystem Topics include Quebec's mining industry, the life cycle of a mining project, the northern territory and its unique characteristics, and market trends and sustainability issues.
Module 2 – April 23 | Analysis of Business Opportunities and Barriers to Entry Topics include understanding the Nordic mining market and its key needs, mapping needs and identifying business opportunities, barriers to entry, and the competitive landscape.
Module 3 – April 30 | Value Proposition and Supply Chain Integration Topics include understanding the expectations of mining sector clients, building a value proposition aligned with best practices, qualification criteria and good business practices, and positioning your company effectively in supply chains.
